Why the reports are not up to date in Matomo Cloud?
Most** of the reports in your Matomo dashboard need to be processed: the raw data must be enriched into aggregate data (report data).
This is a scheduled event. How often are Matomo Cloud Reports processed? Reports which include « today » are updated as follows:
1. « Today » reports are updated every 6 hours
2. « Today » reports for segments are processed within 6 hours after the next day. This means segments reports for « Today » are not available. Only for the previous day.
3. « This week » and « This month » reports are updated every 12 hours (processed twice a day)
4. « This year » reports are processed once a day.
5. Reports for « finished » days and periods should be available within 1-4 hours after the day is finished.
**In the entire dashboard one report is live (Visitors >> Visits Log) and four reports are nearly live (several seconds latency): Realtime Visitors, Realtime Forms, Realtime Media, and Realtime Crashes, all visible in the Navigation Menu of the dashboard.
