You can view all your historical invoices in your Matomo Cloud account if you are a « Billing Owner ». To do this, follow these steps:

  • Log into your Matomo Cloud account
  • Click in the top menu on the « Administration » cog icon
  • Click in the left menu on « Billing » and then « Invoices »
  • You can now view an invoice

If you don’t see above-mentioned menu items, then you are not a billing owner. This means you need to ask a user who has these permissions to do these steps for you. Alternatively, an existing billing owner can also promote your user to have the « Billing owner » permission by following these steps:

  • Log into your Matomo Cloud account
  • Click in the top menu on the « Administration » cog icon
  • Click in the left menu on « Billing » and then « Billing owners »
  • Enter the username or email address that you wish to promote to a billing owner
  • Click on the « Plus » button
