How do I embed Matomo reports from multiple sites in Looker Studio?

With the Matomo Connector for Looker Studio, you can embed data from multiple sites in a single report. To do this you will need to configure multiple data sources, one for each combination of website and report.

For example, you could include both of the following as data sources to compare country data between your sites in a single report.

  • Website 1 > Visitors > Country
  • Website 2 > Visitors > Country

As each combination is processed as a unique Data source in Looker Studio, it is important to set descriptive titles for your data sources. Including both the website and report name will make managing your data sources easier.
