How do I control how many days must pass before a crash is considered disappeared/reappeared?

There is a measurable setting that controls the number of days a crash must be absent before it is considered disappeared/reappeared.

Follow the below steps to configure the number of days until a crash is disappeared/reappeared:

1. Login to Matomo as Superuser.
2. Navigate to Administration > Websites > Manage > Edit.
3. Scroll down to Days until a crash is considered disappeared.
4. Add the number of days as value, for example, 20 if you want CrashAnalytics to consider a crash to disappear/appear after 20 days.
5. Save.

Note: If you change this value, you will also need to invalidate and re-archive old reports for them to change. Read How to invalidate the past historical reports.
