Where do I find Matomo Cloud invoices?
You can view all your historical invoices in your Matomo Cloud account if you are a « Billing Owner ». To do this, follow these steps:
- Log into your Matomo Cloud account.
- Navigate to Administration Settings
> Billing.
- Click on Invoices to view an invoice.
If you don’t see above-mentioned menu items, then you are not a billing owner. This means you need to ask a user who has these permissions to do these steps for you. Alternatively, an existing billing owner can also promote your user to have the Billing owner permission by following these steps:
