How long is exported Matomo data available in Amazon S3? FAQ - Matomo Cloud

When using Matomo’s Data Warehouse Connector (previously known as BigQuery and Data Warehouse Exports), the exported data in Amazon S3 gets deleted after 14 days, which is sufficient for backfills or ongoing exports. If you want to start on a fresh dataset, you will need to backfill any missing data.

Note: The automatic deletion of exported data in S3 does not affect data in Matomo Cloud or in the data warehouse platform.
